Rename Framework code directory to just that. Also delete Main and VS & Eclipse project file. Re #1881.

Added a check for the original filename matching and made the error message a bit clearer. Refs #100.

Clear some doxygen warnings

Implemented an endswith function and encapsulated the single extension method in the FileProperty class. Refs #1302, fixes #1301.

Created a new widget MWRunFile that can be placed on an interface where user selection of run (raw or .nxs) is required.  MWRunFile widgets have been placed on the Excitations Group conversion interface along with more saved settings  refs #835 closes #1049

warning is issued if the current extension does not match those stored but the string is 
still marked as valid. This required changes to LoadRaw and LoadLog so that they don't rely 
on extensions any longer. Re #1053

There are changes to WorkspacePropertys that affect PropertyManager.  In all cases Property.setValue() now returns a string containing any validation errors.  This is a change to the WorkspacePropertys that sometimes ignored errors.  There are descriptions for some propertys in MantidPlot available as a tooltip re #593 and re #410 

Mantid Plot now gives explanations for rejecting parameters!  Let me know if any messages could be more helpful. re #409
