Fixes #2349. Add a macro that can be used to stop compiler warnings for unused function arguments. Saves every person from doing (void)x //Silence warning. The macro name, UNUSED_ARG, should make it obvious what is happening. Kernel instances have been updated to use it.

Rename Framework code directory to just that. Also delete Main and VS & Eclipse project file. Re #1881.

Get Windows error message printing out correctly when a library fails to load. Avoid reading past end of string in LogParser. Re #1389

Added RTLD_GLOBAL flag to dlopen on POSIX so that when a library is loaded then all of the symbols defined there are available to the calling application. I was seeing problems with some dynamic casts relating to this. Re #1157

Matrix windows can pick up changes in the underlying workspaces such as replacement and deletion. re #233

At a windows cmd prompt (notes: double quotes are needed at the windows prompt)

Running build.bat / build.sh without an argument does a  standard Visual studio build instead
