Since ExecuteNormPoly is the only method that will write to the DumpVertexes
table, the string containing the transformation type is now passed through so
that the column headings can be written accordingly.

Box controller properties only apply to MDWorkspaces.

Add unit tests to cover the new case. Ensure that the experiment info is copied across, and add new property that allows the user to select what output type they want. The output type defaults to the existing MDWorkspace return as this will ensure backwards compatibility.

Make it so that the same transform types make sense for 
md and non-md transformations. This means moving some details concerned with the output type out of the constructors. 

Also enable tests that seem to have been disabled, or removed in CMake.

Expose box splitting by making this algorithm a derived class of the BoxControllerSettingsAlgorithm. Also set sensible defaults for these splitting parameters. Fix the way that the workspace is created such that the box signal and error values are recalculated correctly.

No need to convert to an EventWorkspace first.
