gcc 4.8 seems to have trouble denoting the correct type when using
uniform initialization with QStringList.

The code to call the Python from C++ is not very clear and still has
issues when psutil is packaged up on MacOS where the package import
fails for some reason.

Previously if using the homebrew LLVM the correct paths were not found
for openMP and the std C++ library.

Adds fully automated project recovery. This opens the ordered workspace
history file in a script editor and executes it first. Then building on
the project seralisation changes we load in GUI windows and remove
unused workspaces

We must run the python script using a seperate thread, else the GUI will
block as Qt cannot run it's main event loop. Because of this the cleanup
and recovery stages have been moved out of application window back into
Project Recovery
