This was a behavior introduced in #22425 to solve a problem with data that wasn't being binned during the processing step. This changes it to rebin only if it hadn't been during the processing.

The algorithm was setting the InOut *Workspace* property to another workspace if the input workspace type was MatrixWorkspace. Instead, it should modify the InOut value in place. Re #23600

The function was trying to dereference a nullptr if the given component wasn't found crashing MantidPlot. Now it throws gracefully. Re #23584
