Visual Studio can't have a folder and target name that are the same. This
moves the old MantidQt name out of the way and groups all Qt4 targets
under a single Qt4 folder along with an AllQt4 target for other targets

Reorganise Qt cmake code

moreSorensen is according to Mantid code standard, but confusing since
it reads more Sorensen. Here changed it to reflect what this
method does. The class name itself tells that this minimizer is
implementing More and Sorensen's alg

The library package for the workbench will be called mantidqt and we
don't want to get them mixed up.
