The test was failing due to wrong type passed to the 'GroupingFilename'
property. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to reproduce the failure locally
on ill-mac, so this fix may not actually work.

This is in preparation of refactoring SNAPReduce to use
AlignAndFocusPowder as an underlying algorithm.

This was done by adding two more properties which allow specifying the
wall-clock tolerance. If those properties aren't set then the old
behavior is retained.

Update to clang-format-5 and reformat the codebase 

The table has only just been created, so does not contain any rowa, so removeRow(0) fails.
