The test was failing due to wrong type passed to the 'GroupingFilename' property. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to reproduce the failure locally on ill-mac, so this fix may not actually work. Re #23808

This was done by adding two more properties which allow specifying the wall-clock tolerance. If those properties aren't set then the old behavior is retained.
