This was due to the positions or rotation vectors created by the default
Eigen constructor. By default the components of the vecotrs are not initialised.
This can lead to different behaviours on different machines, if one compiler
zeros the values by default and another does not.
We are now making sure everything is initialised with a value in the tests.

BeamlineTest.ComponentInfoTest.test_merge_identical_interval_when_rotations_differ was now failing
since we changed `ComponentInfo::buildMergeIndices()` to check identical intervals over the entire range
of `size()` and not just `nonDetectorSize()`.

2 new tests have been added that detect the difference between these two ranges: they fail if we
only check up to `nonDetectorSize()`

There was an issue where the positions for the ComponentInfo merge was
checking its own m_positions when it should have been calling
position() as this returns the m_positions from DetectorInfo if that particular
component is a detector.

The check for "matching scan interval but positions differ" was not detecting
the different positions

scanIntervals() from DetectorInfo now points to ComponentInfo::scanIntervals()
