Enables specifying sample materials without a chemical formula or atomic
number in SetSampleMaterial and MaterialBuilder. It is now enough to
specify the scattering and attenuation cross sections and number

Input workspace history needs to be copied to output workspaces. In

There is a bug that the algorithm is somehow already declared
itself executed before actually running the `exec()` method. This just
sets it to false just before the call, then it is set to true if no
exception is thrown.
