Fix compilation with Boost 1.66

Refactoring and bug fixes for DPW and Refl GUI

- Crashes being caused on the GUI were probably due to a missing GIL
aquisition.
- Additional errors/lack of python error handling lead to the use of
CallMethod.h's callMethod.
- Aquired PyObject*s using has_back_reference specialisations.
