Fix for load algorithm that would redeclare properties which already existed and reset their values if they had been set. Added a test case for this in the unit test. Fixes #2458

Add a dependency on MantidPlot to the src directory so that the generated makefiles have the correct  dependencies. On Windows this means then that the MantidAbout object is correctly updated. Also slightly updated the locations of various version information so that it is consistent. Re #2447

indirect data analysis ui - fixes #2442 - resolve issue where script would not be able to create a MatrixWorkspace from the fit parameters of output of SofQw. also added help links for tabs introduced during this iteration.

Fix for inelastic diag scripts that were crippled on windows by lack of background checks. Re #2214.
Also added a "ManagedRawFileWorkspace.DoNotUse" (following existing syntax) property and set it to "1" so that ManagedRawFile workspaces are not used for the moment as they appear not to be working correctly. Re #2436

Minor fix for Load Python picked up in testing. It was treating Filename and OutputWorkspace specially but not removing them from the keyword list if it had handle them. Fixes #2330

Correction to the Load algorithm so that it will pick up any output workspace on a sub algorithm, not just ones whose name starts with OutputWorkspace. Re #2169

re#2155 - Fix for SANSDiagnostics loading.Changed the script for load algorithm and now it loads data.
Also changed LoadNexusProcessed algorithm to populate the entire spectrum-detector map when we load 
few spectra using the SpectrumMin and SpectrumMax options.

Refs #2167: Removed LoadSNSEventNexusTest that was causing a deadlock with LoadEventNexus for some bizarre reason.
