The SANS GUI now has a "Manage Directories" button and it handles multi-period files better too. refs #2145 and #2146

Load() now has an extra optional property, the entry number to load in a multi-period file. Currently only ISIS Nexus files support this re #2209

Ensure that single valued workspaces can be used in binary operations regardless of whether they are lhs or rhs. There was a small bug with multiply that meant they would fail on the lhs. Also ensured that the Python binary overloads provide better information if they fail. Re #2215

Implemented an algorithm for calculating the required masking to kill bleed on long PSD tubes. Also factored another common function between the detector diagnostics. Need to test on MERLIN size data set for real performance test. Re #1925

The error in interpreting Horace data has been fixed

Trying to install with cmake on new win64 machine. It was found difficult to install python in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE hence modified FindPythonLibs.cmake to also look in HKEY_CURRENT_USER. re #1881
