Also add unit test for this. Firstly require failure, if two pixels with PixelAdj values of 0 and -1, have unmasked detectors. Secondly require success if those two detectors are masked. A test for all PixelAdj values positive already exists. Signed-off-by:

A SANS Q1D algorithm that takes raw counts data and does all the normalization within itself. Not tested yet and the spectra detector map is certainly wrong re #3105
