The fermi cluster at ORNL uses the usual SNS home areas (so the same
as the analysis workstations, for example). If the user properties
file is the same, confusion could arise if things are set in it
in and interactive MantidPlot session.
The MPI build now uses Mantid-mpi.user.properties instead.

In the process several implementations have been moved out of the

This avoids a bunch of warnings in the log when starting mantid.

It makes no sense for some property types (bool, string) and is

This has improved progress reporting, but there is still work to do, particularly modifying the progress range of LoadRaw3, so that it starts where the instrument loading has finished rather than 0%.
