- input workspaces having dx values defined should be accepted even if dx values will not be present in the output workspace depending on the output option
- enhance documentation in terms what happens if dx values are present in the input workspace
- in unit test: making it clear if a variable is a double by using the dot .

Please note that the unit test now fails due to the input workspaces with dx values.

This will allow masking angles to be based on TwoTheta or Phi. This code also now runs faster.

Also fix a bug when users specify a instrument parameter file,
but not focus positions.

After the pixel remapping it was found that a shift of 6 pixels is required, thats 0.1875°. Also only 6 columns need masking now.

Add option to calculate the Goniometer rotation (around y-axis only) for a constant wavelength source. This will allow only one instrument definition to be held while peaks can be found for multiple sample rotations.
