This commit changes the value of the output of TotalScatteringMergedTest. The output value was changed by commit 6ca379 that changed how the pdf was calculated.

This commit adds unit tests for CalculateSelfScatteringCorrection. These tests
require the addition of a file into the test data repository to focus the data.

Recent updates to the IDF and test results now require a slightly higher tolerance but it
is still within acceptable limits.

The flight paths have been updated slightly so the d-spacing
related results have changed slightly. Confirmed that this is
acceptable for old results with C Ridley.

Support new dictionary format for Advanced parameters in hdf5 cache

The AbinsParameters.py file hash has been replaced with a dictionary
dump. The input format tests need to be updated to reflect this; the
comparison has been changed to a dict comparison and the sample data
for CRYSTAL calculations has been updated. MD5 files are updated here
in the main source; the corresponding data files have been uploaded to
the Mantid data repository.

Example system test data required changing to account for changes in
default parameters, as they now use fractional cropping.

Remove some code which deletes the interim transmission workspaces,
which are no longer output by default.

Removes SANS Scale Workflow algorithm and turns it into a Python class

Removes the SANSMaskWorkspace workflow algorithm as part the epic to fix
SANS history

Converts SANSMove into a Python class from a workflow algorithm, this
fixes the history and provides numerous debugging advantages

custom preprocess/postprocess functions

Removes multiple time assertions which compared SANS backend v1 to v2
using wall time. On any multi tasking system wall time != cpu time,
leading to a unreliable test.

These are based on recent fixes to the SNAPReduction workflow and are
intended to reduce the chances of the errors happening again.
