Previously IndexInfo::makeIndexSet (or rather the underlying IndexSet)
took care of this, but now this must be done explicitly to reduce risk
of errors.

Includes unit and performance tests.

- Load event_time_zero offset attribute.
- Working on some fixes in EventParser.

The property was incorrectly used as the final detector angle. Now, when
'BraggAngle' is given, the detector is moved to the correct position
taking into account the peak position on the detector.

Also, the unused position of peak maximum was removed from the
'BeamPosition' table.
