Thisgs to note:
 * C2450 warnings have been suppressed when including Poco headers
   that inherit from std::stream
 * Boost date_time no longer accepts just a date for an ISO date/time
   string

This also related to getting compilation working
for clang on the mac. refs #6345

Not sure why this is really necessary, but if none of the inherited
virtual methods have been overridden then no vtable is created.  refs
#6345

Refs #3157 Sort our System.h. It was becoming a dumping ground. It should only be touched when absolutely necessary as it affects every file in Mantid. Also combined this with Refs #2345 to sort out DLLExport/DLLImport usage. It's done for Kernel, Geometry and API but stuff in the plugins could do with updating as well.

Rename Framework code directory to just that. Also delete Main and VS & Eclipse project file. Re #1881.

Added a thread-safe logging stream which is compatible with our logging in our threaded loops. It is still not a good idea to log too heavily in parallized 
loops but at least this way it is safe. Re #1201
