Although not related to this ticket here just a minor change (added example bounding box) to one of the IDF unit testing files. re #3856

Fixes #3861: SlicingAlgorithm class will be shared by 2 algos. Refs #3859: Start of SliceMD algorithm.

Fixes #3773: event -> HKL conversion now works well. In TOPAZ_3131 (see sample diffraction workflow script) the peaks look perfectly aligned with the axes.

Fixes #3772: QSample of predicted peaks is corrected. Also tweaked prediction and allowed using any workspace type as input.

Fix error Refs #3858. Error is that ADSWorspaceProvider is templated by the type of workspace that it's meant to check for/against. Previous commit had made this object commong to both Presenter types.

Refs #3710. B-matrix is now extracted, but there is not currently a placeholder on the IMDEventWorkspace for this. We will likely need knowledge of the oriented lattice on IMDEventWorkspaces in the future.

Refs #3359. Can now set integration limits. Integrated dimensions treated more like regular expanded dimensions in the GUI now. I.e. can still remap integrated dimensions. However, the overall dimensionality of the visualisation is reduced by 1 for every integrated dimension.

Fixes #3631: Added warnings if any pulse time < 1991 or any TOF < 0. Note to tester: a lot of old event NXS files have bad pulse times, e.g. NOMAD run 629. Haven't found a run with negative TOF.

Refs #3741: CloneWorkspace supports MDEventWorkspace and PeaksWorkspace. Refs #3724: Minor script update.

Fix potential crash if number of OpenMP threads is increased above default via MultiThreaded.MaxCores in properties file. No performance impact seen on the 'usual' case (threads=number of processors). Re #3834.
