Implemented a tie method within the AlgorithmDialog base class so that a widget can be tied to its property. Re #747

Added subfolders to src and inc in Geometry.vcproj
Tested with scons and VS sln builds

Added two more arguments, enable and disable, to the Dialog API in Python. These can be used to list the parameters whose controls should be either enabled or disabled. Also added a help button that links to the mantidproject 
wiki page for each algorithm. Re #728

CreateSampleShapeDialog - Tidyed up code to create each shape details box and deletion is now recursive. Also removed 3D view until we are ready to implement it. It's usuable but confusing without the 3D view. Re #451
