Refs #3984 Took the wiki description from every algorithm's wiki page and placed it in a comment in the CPP file (instead of the header file).

Refs #3835. This should have fixed the plot guess not working in the muon interface. I have added a boolean to tell the interface when the fit property browser has been associated with a plot and changed the way in which it deletes and assigns the peak picker tool.

Fixes #4006. Update the detector table code to use getSpectrum. That way it is consistent with more of the algorithms and the getDetector call later in the code.
