CRISP has now had its own parameters put in its parameters file. It has had a correction specifier of none added, as it had no type defined.

INTER and SURF have had thier correction parameters moved across to their parameter files.

EOL characters have been added to the end of files which didn't have them before.

Updated IDF and paraemeter files for ISIS reflectomety instruments

POLREF has had a couple fo parameters added

CRISP has had a parameters file created based off POLREF

INTER and SURF have had new parameter fiels made by moving the files out of thier IDFs

MonitorsToCorrect has been removed from their IDFs and parameter files.

Note have updated all the existing IDF to the
best of my ability to use is="monitor" rather
than mark-as="monitor"

Lower-case first letter of instruments and scripts directories. All our installers did this anyway and this will mean less manipulation of the properties file is needed. Re #2753.
