ADARA files have been seen to occasionally contain 'phantom' monitors that
aren't in the IDF. This was causing the algorithm to fail, but this change
defends against that by catching the exception and then ignoring those
spectra.

Also removed redundant IDF.

Make the descriptions of Gamma and Amplitude correct and consitent
in the header, source, and wiki files.

This naming is assumed in other places as it turns out.

So it now uses the same routines as algorithm creation function.
