Refs #3332 Implemented a simple send to option on the workspace context menu in MantidPlot which saves the current workspace and opens it up on another program. The menu is populated by the programs defined by the user in the properties file.  

Refs #3364, Refs #3365: Option on BinToMDHistoWorkspace to iterate through all events instead of by bin. This is significantly faster for workspaces with relatively few events. Option is set to true by default so it can work with Paraview by default.

Refs #3364. First pass of SQW reader. Note that (a) doesn't handle time properly yet. (b) Need to sort out object panel sharing between this reader and the EventNexusReader.

Change from using getPlottable to getDetectors

Refs #3314: Calls to split the boxes in the MDEventWorkspace made by loading SQW. Made the MDHistoDimension builder trim spaces from dimensions names. Also refs #3316: Speed up in saving to .NXS.

Refs #3341. This should deal with small bins in a much better way in Rebin2D and general polygon intersections. There is probably still room for improvement on the speed front.

re #3314. First pass reader. Note that there are some issues here to iron-out, but does generate MDEventWS. Consider moving to DataHandling?

Make SaveNenux accept TableWorkspace, and make the File->Save->Nexus behave better when TableWorkspaces open. re #2425

In SaveWorkspaces the name of the output file now doesn't change if append is selected. Improve error reporting re #2217
