The 80/20 split is an approximation between Loading and integrating that depends a lot of which files you actually load. Most of the other parts of the algorithm take minimal time in comparison.

Modify EnggSaveGSASIIFitResultsToHDF5 to allow 'merged run' saving,
and update the GSAS presenter with the new changes. However, don't yet
make the presenter actually do merged run saving
