Refs #3984 Took the wiki description from every algorithm's wiki page and placed it in a comment in the CPP file (instead of the header file).

Rename Framework code directory to just that. Also delete Main and VS & Eclipse project file. Re #1881.

Remove redundant loggers from Datahandling project

Please point out if any descriptions could be better or more helpful.  Descriptions for nearly all properties in the documented algorithms in the algorithm directory are now in, work continues on those in datahandling.  I still expect to finish sometime on Thursday.  refs #410

Update AlgorithmManager to only keep a limited number of algorithms alive (default 100, config property name: algorithms.retained). This check-in will break qtiplot, which will be remedied shortly... Re #500.

AlgorithmProxy class is added. References to Algorithm are replaced to IAlgorithm in many cases. re #464

Terminology change: We no longer mark detectors as dead, rather we mask them. This masking is lifted into the parameterised instrument from the base instrument: previously, masking a detector was a one way street until Mantid is restarted for all workspaces using that instrument (even freshly loaded ones). Re #405.
