Rename Framework code directory to just that. Also delete Main and VS & Eclipse project file. Re #1881.

Fix a memory leak that occured when reloading the instrument due to the XML document not being released. Also fixed a small issue that Visual Leak Detector picked up in the library loader. Re #1672
