Forcing the application to dpi unware status allows Windows to apply
the window scaling set by the user in the control panel. Icons and bitmaps
that were previously too small to be usable are now scaled suitably.
Other platforms are unaffected by this change.

This commit adds:
 - Icons and info for different types of windows/workspaces
 - A progress bar for workspace saving
 - A better, more flexible window layout

So it can be implemented by SliceWindow

This is so that it is accessible via widgets as well.

Also make all subwindows conform to IProjectSerialiseable interface.
