Fixes #1973 and #2038: fairly confident that there is no actual memory leak in Linux or Windows, and that the issue is with improper memory use reporting.

Introduced two now Workspace Run object properties:

  run_end
  run_start

which stores date-time in iso 8601, for now this is done
in LoadRawHelper and LoadISISNexus2.

Fix for ConvertUnits crash if no instrument - ensure getSource & getSample always return null pointers if not set. Re #2002.

Spoke too soon closing the maskdetectors ticket. This is the correct thing to do along with an improved test that wouldhave picked up the bad thing that I did. Also cleared some warnings and removed std::cout output from FileFinderTest. Re #1901
