No reason to change the name of the property. Would be far more convient for existing clients if the name of this property remained the same.

Refactor MD axis validation for SetMDFrame and TransposeMD

The error was displayed in Results log in when running bad detector range as described so I'm happy to merge this.

Clean the build if compiler versions don't match

Use the new MDAxisValidator class to refactor validation of the axis
parameter for SetMDFrame and TransposeMD.

Kept the original behaviour whereby TransposeMD throws on error, while
SetMDFrame uses the validateInputs() mechanism. SetMDFrame should error
on empty input, while TransposeMD has a default strategy.

MDAxisValidator is a class that checks the number of MD axes match the
number of workspace dimensions, refactoring out the common validation
code from several MD algorithms into a common class.
