Moving spectrum index information from elemental_analysis to load_utils. Now explicity sorting the workspace list based on this index, which has been renamed to spectrum_index.

Adding function to load_utils.py that merges workspaces into one workspace. Modifying elemental_analysis.py accordingly, such that the plot functions continue to work.
