Disable execution test for now - assume this is the cause of the following test bad_allocing. Also add tests for the simple bits, mainly because cxxtest doesn't like test files with no tests in them.

Added detector grouping files provided by Steve in sub-directory of instrument.

Added two example of Muon Nexus files which contain no grouping information.

Revive a lost SConstruct file for the user algorithms that got removed when the installer/toget directories were pruned.
It has been brought up-to-date with our current SConstruct.
Also added the boost::data_time lib file as Kernel depends on this now. Re #1796

Added the creation of the MANTIDBIN environmental variable to the MacInstaller. There is now a postflight script that is executed at the end of the install which creates/updates the $HOME/.MacOS/environment.plist file. Re #870

Muon analysis interface updates including period handling, title handling and sync of instrument name box and filename. re #1726

Refs #1794: PG3 geometry updated to use RectangularDetector. BoundingBoxes made faster (for unparametrized ones). Bitmap plotting fixed for non - 2^n pixels. Removed debug output.
