Refs #4122: Linked back the LineViewer to the LineOverlay 

to get GUI updates when manually typing values.
Width is not updated by mouse if set by keyboard.
Box with the unused width is now hidden.
Switching dimensions in the Sliceviewer now correctly updates the LineViewer.
