Remove assumptions that processing is always on the active group

- This commit removes assumptions in the runs tab presenter that the currently active group is the one that is to be processed. Instead, when autoprocessing, the group that autoprocessing was started on should be used instead.
- The group number is now passed through each time from the data processor presenter.
