changes to main, parser, and triangle for field-aligned grid gradients

These changes take the gradients of potential, and temperature (ti,te) on the SOLPS field aligned grid. Post-processing (taking the gradient on a regular grid) these values from potential and temperature give artifacts which arise because of gridding issues.
