Quality of life fix: honeycomb.pl can now calculate the TargetElectronsTotal given specified doping concentration in template input. In templated input, include lines such as TargetElectronsTotal=$numberOfElectrons #dopingConcentration=myConcentration where myConcentration is desired concentration of dopants, e.g. 0.25.
