Added pflops & gflops/w to UI

flops into main

Rebased with main then adjusted scheduler.py and ui.py. UI now displays: Time, Jobs Running, Jobs Queued, Active Nodes, Free Nodes, Down Nodes, PFLOPS, and GFLOPS/W.
