Fix tests

fix-tests into develop
  • Rename tests to be unique to make it easier to select individual tests to run
  • Fix the test_main_withdata_run[frontier] test I broke in the previous PR (thought I had fixed it already buy apparently I had not)
  • Fix test_multi_part_sim_run[mit_supercloud] test

This leaves just the test_main_network_run[lassen] test failing, I'm not sure what's going wrong with it.
