Update generalized

Added new functionality to propagate data from RAPS simulation server to a generalized cluster. In this case I added the marconi-reparent.json config as a test case. To use this new feature open the Generalized level then press play in editor. While in play mode select the BP_MultiContainer in scene and construct its children. Next, on the UI select "Simulation List" then select the button that matches the run on marconi100. After this the power values should be displayed on all of the racks.
