Refactor ux

Addresses #27 (closed). Added two new updated hand menus using modular widget components. Right hand menu for setting timestamp, refactored exadigitUE5 to have 3 separate modes FrontierSample, FrontierTelemetry, RAPSData and user is able to set time for each mode independently. Left hand menu improves upon existing functionality and adds new buttons to cycle data source, advance forward/backward in time based on current mode. Added a new button to choose simulation as well which currently works the same as an 'L' key press. Next step will be to expand that button and create the functionality to allow user to choose from simulation list.
