capitalized the first letter of all words in the webpage title

added breaks around the page title to make it more prominent

changed selectInput boxes to pickerInput boxes (this added a little arrow to the box so users know it is a dropdown)

changed the Update toggle to an action button to reduce the need for multiple clicks when updating input parameters
