Added Adapt workflow to QSim and general clean-up of QSim

  • Adapt workflow to use XACC Adapt. Also returned the final circuit (as Composite).

  • QCOR qsim createModel can also take Pythonic operator (using convertToQCOROperator)

  • Added support for staggered magnetization observable in Heisenberg model.

  • Added examples (C++ and Python) for adapt, staggered magnetization.
