Ability to load parameterized Heisenberg model

  • Parameters for Jx, Jy, Jz static terms as well as the external time-dependent field (along X, Y, or Z-axis).

  • Added an example (C++ and Python) derived from ArQTiC.

  • Added ability to observe an array of kernels, which is a common use case for time-dependent simulation.

Tested by: running the example and comparing the results with ArQTiC simulation.
