More work on ctrl and adjoint

  • Parse adjoint and ctrl dependency.

  • Complete the qpe unit test and add a unit test for adjoint.

  • Handle kernel names that are the same as a XACC circuit name, e.g. iqft.

  • Fix a bug in adjoint circuit construction.
