Tidy up the benchmark folder

  • Revised the driver script: add comments and refactor.

  • Cleaned up the resources folder to keep only a few sample qasm files for demonstration and testing purposes.

  • Added a README file to point to the forked branch which contains all the qasm files.

  • Uploaded all the raw csv data files.
