RNA acceleration added

Lupo Pasini, Massimiliano requested to merge anderson_acceleration into master

The Regularized Nonlinear Acceleration as implemented in Sciure's code has been integrated in this branch.

Different ways to define the residual can be implemented, so additional types of accelerations will be added in later branches
