Remove Termf and termfx arrays and use data in XctCalc 

Remove Dasig and co from xct
Convert to the one and only getParamPerSpinGroup method for consistency throughtout
Change  function signatures for xct derivatives
Move Qr and Qi to XctCalc
Move array for derivx
Move of eta calculation
