Update notebooks for JupyterLab

I updated the notebooks for VIBE cases 1, 3, and 6 to work in JupyterLab. I also removed the widget buttons and input fields to clean up the code. I also removed my personal repository and will use this repository in EnergyStorage for all future updates.

Added a Dockerfile to build the Docker image and subsequent container. Example case directories are copied into the Docker image.
