• how to find CT data?
  • The autorecon script will be called with a CT datafile as a cmd line argument. Once we know it is ready, we can look at all the files in the same directory and find all CT data files
• how to find associated DF and OB data?
  • When we know the CT files, we look for the DF and OB files in the same IPTS and measured at the same date or just before the date when CT scan was measured
