Table B.2.1 within contains a table of monthly generation for 4258_GREENUP post-2017 (unavailable through EIA-923). There are lots of data out there. Can we find more and bring them into RectifHydPlus?

Action: create a new input data table ("miscellaneous_generation") and integrate into RectifHydPlus.
